The apartment is situated on the first floor of Chalet Clair Bois. This delightful property is located on Chemin des Esserts, next to the golf course, the piste Le Rouge and the nursery slopes of Les Esserts. Guests have direct ski access to and from the chalet in the winter and direct access to the golf course during the summer.

A free bus service departs every hour from the front of the chalet doing a loop to Le Hameau, Place Central and Carrefour. This service is essential due to the limited car park facilities in the centre of town and at the ski lifts.

The flat is approximately 80 square metres with a large cedar terrace and is very nicely furnished. It has a master bedroom with a queen size bedframe (2 single mattresses), one guest bedroom with a 120 cm bed, and a mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. The living room is south facing with an open plan dining room and a kitchen which is fully equipped. The family bathroom is large and spacious with a bath and shower.
